Stretch and Bobbito: Radio That Changed Lives

Stretch and Bobbito: Radio That Changed Lives from Saboteur Media on Vimeo.

For those that know, this film premiered last September at the Urbanworld Film Festival in NYC. The team made their rounds at various screenings and there are a few screenings still remaining, including one in Ottawa for all my people back home in Canada. There has also been a big premiere from Showtime, so if you are subscribed to their channel or streaming service check it out.

I heard about the film soon after I heard about "Doin' It In The Park". I also had the opportunity to speak with Bobbito at a sneaker event in Fort Lauderdale last June for a few minutes. It is always great to meet people that had a hand in shaping things that effect your life.

A couple months after that, I was busy with "life" and didn't make it out to any of the screenings, but one of my best friends from Toronto made it out to that stop. He was extremely impressed with the film and just kept telling me he couldn't believe how many artists they had on their show in what we knew as the "Golden Era" of Hip-Hop.

Now that the film is available for more people to see through their local television providers, if you're a fan of Hip-Hop, I highly recommend you check this film out. Definitely let me know what you think of the film once you check it out.
