Rap Radar Podcast with The LOX [Audio]
I am not sure where you consume your Hip-Hop news from, but Rap Radar is definitely one of the sources that I pay attention to. I have been listening to a lot of podcasts lately throughout my day while I work on other things.
The LOX are one of the most important rap groups for me. I grew up in a city where I could relate to some of the things they rap about, and was in NYC a lot throughout grade school and high school, so it was interesting to see some of the places that were mentioned in their rhymes. There are not a lot of rappers as lyrically sharp as these three. There are definitely only a handful of rappers that had the opportunity to work with some of the legends they worked with. All three members to me are great individually, and a problem when they are all together on records. If you don't know about their discography individually or as a group, do yourself a favour and look it up.
