Johnathan McCoy's Speech (N-Word Elimination) [Throwback Video]

I received an email from my mom a week ago with a video that she told me to watch. I took a look at it, and realized it was a young man that was stirring things up in 2009 with a powerful speech on why the "N-Word" should be eliminated from our vocabulary. He was featured in the news a few times, and even with Tom Joyner on Black America Web.
I found this fitting for Black History Month. For those of you that this motivates, that's great. Whether you stop using the word or not, is none of my concern, but as the old saying goes, "if you know better, do better".
